“From Amsterdam to Iceland, Norway & British Isles”
July 31 ~ August 14, 2022 Aboard another brand new ocean liner! –
Let’s cruise to Iceland, Norway and the UK on another fabulous brand new ship!! Starting in Amsterdam offers us the chance to explore the sights of one of Europe’s most colorful, dynamic and historic cities – one with a well-earned reputation as a laid-back and inviting place for people of every stripe imaginable. Visitors are naturally drawn to the historic city center where you’ll find some of the world’s top art museums, including the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum. And at Dam Square, Amsterdam’s largest public square, you can tour the Royal Palace before continuing to the tourist attractions on the Canal Belt. The iconic network of waterways that surrounds the downtown area offers a picturesque backdrop for sightseeing by bike or canal boat. Be sure to visit the floating Bloemenmarkt to peruse famed Dutch tulips, and take time to wander and window-shop among the narrow lanes of de Jordaan.

One option is Trip Insurance. There are other choices, but we offer Travel Guard for informational purposes. And you won’t have to look far in Amsterdam to find delicious Dutch treats along the way. Just duck into a cozy brown caf? to sample a plate of bitterballen with mustard and a beer, and grab a gooey sweet stroopwafel from a street vendor as you stroll. We are flying in 4 days early to explore – please join us! Then we sail the picturesque fjords to Bergen Norway where we step off into the medieval Bryggen wharf where maritime tradition goes back nearly 1000 years. Enjoy cobblestone streets, medieval cathedrals, stone fortresses, local markets all surrounded by mountains and thick forests – lots to do and see both inside and outside the city. Then to all the stunning beauty you may associate with Norway, Molde – breathtaking panoramas are on display with coastal drives, mountain peaks, and clapboard homes and with a nickname as “The City of Roses” – flowers are blooming everywhere through August. Our first stop in Iceland is Akureyri located at the head of 60 Km Fjord – idyllic for the incredible landscape that surrounds it – this is what Iceland is inescapably almost about! We simply have not enough room here to describe all the picturesque wonders that make up Iceland – we urge you to do more Google research by way of looking up the stops we make there in Iceland, so you can enjoy it so much more upon arrival. Then we sail to the UK isles – from here you can visit Scotland’s stunning Loch Ness – the body of water for the world-famous the Loch Ness monster! Again, we run out of room to adequately describe the adventure available with this cruise – the visuals are so varied and vibrant – I would not do it justice herein. I beg of you to look it up!! Then there is more – that is, start your 2022 summer bucket list of travels by departing from Amsterdam & sail to Iceland on a brand new beautiful ship, and then if that is not enough, you can join us for a river cruise August 15th by flying into Bucharest the day before we board. Or you can simply join us for this Romania to Hungary River Cruise – which has a pre-cruise package to Istanbul! Yes, this is the cruise from 2018 where the itinerary changed due to water level issues. Yup – we are going again!! But this time for those only doing this river cruise – you can do a pre-package into Istanbul. Let’s go for an amazing vibrant week of tantalizing visuals and tastes. The choices are yours!
